Job Title: Building Insulation Supervisor

Vansa Renovation Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
