Job Title: Building Insulation Supervisor

Vansa Renovation Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Insulation Installation: Ensure that insulation materials are installed correctly and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise a team of insulation installers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that insulation installation projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor Quality: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that insulation materials meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our team works under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Overtime may be required.
