Senior Integrator - Business Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrator - Business Solutions to join our team at Experis. As a Senior Integrator, you will be part of our Business Solutions Department, supporting the Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Compile data from customers and conduct data review and analysis.
  • Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software.
  • Communicate analysis results and make technical recommendations to customers.
  • Carry out the complete implementation process and perform quality control at every project phase.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with M-Files (mandatory).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019 & Windows 7, 10, 11.
  • Strong customer service skills and analytical mind.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
