Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of large and complex system integration projects to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive software/platform/infrastructure architecture plans to support business outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement integration and architecture technologies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Azure, our primary cloud platform, to optimize scalability and reliability.
  • Work in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in system integration and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of various integration and architecture technologies, including APIs, ESBs, microservices, message brokers, ETL tools, and protocols.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of API design and integration patterns, with the ability to assess trade-offs between integration approaches and platform design approaches.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies, including APIs, ESBs, microservices, message brokers, ETL tools, and protocols.
Soft Skills:
  • Self-sufficiency in an Agile environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, with a strong foundation in software development and architecture.
  • Cloud certifications are a plus, demonstrating expertise in cloud computing and architecture.
