Job Title: Senior Data Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Developer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Data Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions using various technologies such as SAS, PySpark, and Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL software components to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and test ETL software using Azure Cloud, HiveQL, PySpark, SAS, and Unix Shell Scripts.
  • Migrate existing code to PySpark and ensure testing of new code works on Azure Cloud environment.
  • Document developed code and operational procedures.
  • Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of processes/code of moderate size/complexity.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAS, Cloud, Hadoop, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Experience in data migration and Azure Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking and financial services.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
