About the Role

FV Flooring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality flooring solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth and even surface.
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling to meet client deadlines.
  • Estimate costs and materials for each project.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to maintain their integrity.
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare the surface for new installations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the flooring industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment.
  • Organized and efficient in your work.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
