IT Operations Manager

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as necessary
Responsible for overseeing the functionality and upkeep of network systems, servers, telecommunication devices, and personal computers. Ensures that the organization's network and associated equipment are operational to support system users.
Installs, configures, tests, and maintains networked computers and related equipment.
Assesses and implements computer hardware, networking software, operating systems, and application software.
Applies security updates on desktops, printers, and associated networking devices.
Configures and manages Microsoft Active Directory for optimal internal network security.
Diagnoses and resolves issues with desktops, printers, and related equipment for both in-house and remote personnel.
Records all hardware/software issues related to computers, terminals, and printers. Assists with software upgrades and installations.
Responds to staff inquiries and aids in resolving their computer/network challenges.
Requires advanced proficiency in managing local and wide-area networks and their components.
Must possess expertise in current Microsoft Server and Client operating systems.

Must interact with team members and associates in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, whether in person or via phone.

A high level of professionalism regarding the protection of sensitive information is essential.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of a Microsoft Network environment.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified or Cisco Certified are advantageous.
1-2 years of experience with switches, firewalls, Veeam, Windows 2016, VMware, VoIP solutions, and Microsoft Office 365.
~ Background or interest in VoIP technologies, VoIP PBX Systems, MS Active Directory, and Programming are also beneficial assets.
