About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at VAPE INN CIGAR & SMOKES LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, including weighing produce and bulk foods.
  • Verify Age Requirements: Ensure that customers meet the minimum age requirements for the purchase of certain products.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
