Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Receive and restock merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the sales floor, cash wrap, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
  • Work Collaboratively: Team up with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
