About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Beauty Villa Spa & Academy. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Payments: Handle money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure the sales floor, cash handling area, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

Our Beauty Villa Spa & Academy is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Cashier, you will be working in a team environment and will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
