About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our company's vision and values, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their visual needs are met.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Design Development: Create and develop innovative design concepts, using your expertise to bring ideas to life.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of design projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced design environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
