Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Supergraphics Design Company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Corel Draw, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Graphic Designer will work in a printing shop environment, with a large workload and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to distinguish between colors.
