Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Dana Pani Indian Cuisine Restaurant Ltd. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation, including cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming foodstuffs.
- Keep records of food quantities used and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with supplies.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare food items.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
