Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at White Spot Restaurant. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions:

The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Kitchen Helper will work a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
