As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating accommodation and ergonomic solutions to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Your expertise in Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy will be invaluable in providing high-quality support to our clients and their employees.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine employee abilities and workplace barriers, collecting relevant medical and non-medical information to assess individual needs.
• Develop and implement individual accommodation plans, identifying the most effective solutions and documenting all client contact in electronic and written format.
• Monitor and update plans regularly, ensuring they remain effective and meet Service Level Agreement measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating regularly with clients to review reports, address concerns, and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
• Proven experience and education in Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy, or relevant certification in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
