Thales is seeking a highly skilled Training Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for coordinating, conducting, and contributing to the analysis, development, and delivery of training solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Training Material Development: Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, lesson plans, and instructional guides.
- Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences to clients.
- Training Management: Develop and manage training plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Educational or Professional Development or an equivalent field.
- Experience: Five years of demonstrated experience in the development, management, and delivery of training programs.
- Skills: Proven experience in the Canadian Forces Training Environment, familiarity with the Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES), and excellent communication and project management skills.
