Job Summary

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Training Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for coordinating, conducting, and contributing to the analysis, development, and delivery of training solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Material Development: Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, lesson plans, and instructional guides.
  • Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences to clients.
  • Training Management: Develop and manage training plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in training development, delivery, and management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training delivery methods.
