About the Role
As a Fund Expense Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and accurate fund expense management for our clients. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of payments, collaborating with various stakeholders, and upholding strict operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to clients regarding fund expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage and execute all required payments, utilizing diverse banking systems with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, investment managers, vendors, fund service providers, and internal departments to facilitate daily payment operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for deliverables and client inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Uphold operational procedures, controls, and checklists for all processes, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc tasks such as system upgrades and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and resilience of our operations.
Qualifications
- Possess a post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
