Your Role: Sales Project Coordinator
As a Sales Project Coordinator, you'll be a key player in guiding customers through their renovation journey. You'll leverage your expertise to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless project experience from start to finish.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets. Build strong relationships with potential clients, actively engage in consultations, and effectively close deals.
- Project Management Expertise: Collaborate closely with clients and contractors to ensure project success. Create detailed project plans, provide accurate quotes, and manage all phases of the renovation process.
- Product Knowledge & Solutions: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends. Recommend innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Effectively address client concerns, resolve issues fairly, and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
