Community Health Worker Supervisor, LPN

Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). A minimum of three (3) years of recent, relevant experience in acute, residential, or community care settings, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Possession of a valid BC Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle is required.
Skills and Abilities- Proven ability to oversee and guide staff effectively.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in a specific clinical area or client demographic, depending on the nature of the caseload (e.g., acute care, gerontology, palliative care, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Competence in assessing and identifying changes in client conditions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in operating relevant equipment and utilizing applicable computer software.
- Physical capability to perform the responsibilities associated with the position.
