About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our International Fund Services (IFS) team, you will be responsible for delivering financial reporting and day-to-day accounting and administrative support to premier private credit fund clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations.
  • Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare management, annual, and incentive fee calculations.
  • Prepare various client correspondences, including reports and statements.
  • Participate in special projects as requested by the team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading verbal and written communications in English at senior levels with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
