Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, delivering high-quality work in collaboration with colleagues in different offices and service providers in various time zones. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing the calculation of estimated and final net asset values (NAVs) for a group of hedge funds, including FX classes of investors, side pockets, and separately managed accounts (SMAs)
• Ensuring management and performance fees/allocations are calculated in accordance with private placement memoranda (PPMs), investment management agreements (IMAs), and side letters
• Reviewing fund operating expenses prepared by the fund administrator and providing comments/changes
• Processing expense payments related to the funds and reviewing allocations based on the expense allocation policy
• Reviewing fund administrator-prepared annual financial statements and liaising with external auditors and the fund administrator regarding financial reporting and timely issuance of financial statements
• Compiling information for due diligence requests from investors and counterparties, assisting with other ad hoc tasks
• Implementing systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency while maintaining an adequate internal control environment

Required Qualifications:
• Experience working on credit market funds
• Public or a mixture of Big 4 & private accounting experience; 3-6 years of fund accounting experience
• Experience with investor and partnership allocations and related software (i.e., Backstop, Hedgetek, Investran, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Highly organized
