As a Development Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to our project managers. Your key duties will encompass managing municipal approvals, coordinating design development budgets and schedules, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on project progress, budget status, and potential risks.
- Conduct thorough site analyses to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Organize and execute community engagement activities for development projects, ensuring transparency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist with market research and business development activities to support the origination of new projects.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration within the real estate development industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, commercial management practices, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
