Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to prevent infection and maintain a healthy environment.
    • Coordinate the selection and purchase of equipment and supplies to meet the needs of our household.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
    • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
    • Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of household linens.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Develop and implement schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Dependability and reliability.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods may be required.
