Job Title: Household Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Leona. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential space.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Chores: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
Requirements:
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
Experience:
  • Experience an asset.
