Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Alan Wallbridge. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Wash and polish floors, as well as clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and trash removal
  • Shop for food and household supplies, as needed
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients and colleagues
Working Conditions:

As a Housekeeper, you will work in a private residence, with public transportation available. You will be required to undergo a criminal record check and provide references.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The working hours are 30 to 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
