- Operations and Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Human Resources
- Hire and train food service staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or restaurant
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
