Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jay Hanuman Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work setting. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
