Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies, estimating requirements for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
