ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Administrative Associate, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the overall success of one or more Wealth Advisors by ensuring a high standard of client service through effective administration and daily trading activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all administrative processes and escalations requiring investigation to ensure effective client administration.
  • Exhibit high levels of client service by:
    • Assisting the advisor in regular portfolio reviews, including executing client trades as directed and identifying client needs;
    • Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing client transactions promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide marketing support by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to identify and cultivate opportunities for asset and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate business growth by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to assess targets, recommendations, and financial strategies.
  • Foster effective working relationships across various departments and business lines by actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current registration as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

  • Exceptional client service aptitude.
