Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
