Role Overview:
As a key player in our Mainline Construction team, the Seasonal Construction Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the crew and machinery involved in the installation of deep utilities and services for various underground projects.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations at the designated worksite, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols.
• Conduct regular field inspections and maintain comprehensive records and reports.
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure all training requirements are met.
• Optimize resource allocation through effective planning and coordination of tasks.

Training and Compliance:
• Ensure all personnel, particularly new hires, receive proper orientation for their assigned tasks and equipment.
• Uphold uniformity and adherence to contract specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation:
• Review and finalize all necessary documentation, including Daily Timesheets, safety meetings, and incident reports.
• Maintain accurate project records, detailing material quantities, labor hours, and equipment usage.

Safety Commitment:
• Collaborate with the Safety/Project Supervisor to ensure all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with OH&S regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety excellence and compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.

Performance Management:
• Clearly communicate team members' roles and responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for their performance through continuous feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground utility construction.
• Valid Class 5 AB driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.

Note:
This position requires relocation for the season and is classified as a full-time seasonal role. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, including a substance testing program.
