We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Punjabi Chaap Corner. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our quality control standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, as well as prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
