Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Direct and manage the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock levels, reduce waste, and optimize storage capacity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to health and safety, environmental sustainability, and quality management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficient in inventory management software and systems, with experience in process improvement and change management.
