Weed Man is recognized as one of Canada's premier lawn care companies, boasting over 50 years of experience. We provide a robust framework to support our team members, ensuring that your role is more than just a job—it’s a pathway to a fulfilling career.

We are currently in search of enthusiastic marketing representatives and outdoor lead generators who are ready to begin their journey with us. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this opportunity accessible even to those without prior experience. For dedicated individuals who demonstrate leadership potential, there are ample opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to visit various residential areas during the designated season.
  2. Introduce yourself to potential customers and inquire if they would like a complimentary lawn care estimate.
  3. If the customer expresses interest and completes the authorization form, this will be counted as a lead. No sales are conducted at the door, and customers incur no costs at this stage.
  4. For those interested in furthering their career as a lawn care technician, there is an opportunity to work from April to October, making this a full-time role.
Qualifications:
  • Availability for full-time work, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves significant walking in varying conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.
