Job Description

As a Logistic Specialist at Fotile, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. Your primary focus will be on identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies to optimize our sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, annual sales targets, and store number targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and strategic partners to advance Fotile's products and brand.
  • Provide market feedback to management on competitive activities, pricing, quality, and new product introductions.
  • Assist in the creation of a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements:
  • College or bachelor's degree preferred with 2-7 years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of achievement.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and social media marketing a plus.
  • Fluent and proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English required. French is a strong asset.
  • Valid driver's license (G Class) and good driving record.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team player with a desire to go above and beyond in a fast-growing business.
