Logistics Coordinator

ZL Chemicals LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Customs Clearance: Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely clearance of import and export shipments.
- Logistics Support: Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests, expediting production and maintaining communication with warehouse, vendors, and verifying shipment accuracy.
- Order Management: Track orders to ensure timely deliveries, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize delivery quality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers, providing information to customers about order status as needed.
- Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems, basic accounting knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, good communication skills.
