About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Ace Property Care Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Placement: Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade specifications.
  • Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Compaction: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it meets the required density.
  • Surface Finishing: Level the top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications, and impart the desired finish using hand and power tools.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 30-hour workweek, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
