Side by Side ABA Therapy is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to fill part-time Occupational Therapist positions in Toronto. This role involves providing independent, contractor-based services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder within their homes.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills for daily living and participation in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized tools to evaluate a child's occupational performance.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Engage in collaborative sessions with clients, families, and caregivers, fostering open communication and shared understanding.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal progress.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
