Position Overview

The HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and executing local Human Resources functions for our Canadian divisions.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager for the Americas, with a collaborative reporting line to the HR Manager for Canada, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics, HRIS, and ADP systems, while overseeing local benefits administration and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This role provides an opportunity to engage with employee relations, enhance process efficiencies, and contribute to various critical HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
