Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
- Therapy and Counseling: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote recovery and well-being.
- Case Management: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.
- Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to promote mental health services and support.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to clients, families, and community members on mental health topics and recovery strategies.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience working with clients and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Skills: Strong assessment and treatment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
