About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Technical Analyst, Networks to join our technology team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of our complex and diverse infrastructure, including wired and wireless data networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support all aspects of our network infrastructure, including routing and switching, security, wireless, and voice.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving in areas of performance management, network administration, bandwidth utilization, and capacity planning.
- Develop and implement solutions to ensure the stability of our wireless data network through spread spectrum radio, cellular, and satellite.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless network operations.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Systems or an IT-related discipline.
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certifications an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
