Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you represent our commitment to engaging, listening, and guiding customers towards products that resonate with their needs. Through passionate and focused leadership, you will inspire and develop your team to create memorable and inclusive customer experiences that enhance overall store performance.

Working full-time on-site, including some weekend shifts, you will oversee budgeting, store-specific marketing, and the development of the store's client base, while orchestrating the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional, bringing diligence, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to this role.

Desired Qualifications

  • Management experience in a customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve commercial results
  • Capacity to effectively introduce Aesop products to clients through hands-on demonstrations
  • History of successfully leading and mentoring a team, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
  • Demonstrated empathy in managing interpersonal relationships
  • Open-mindedness and a deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills
  • Familiarity with the skin care industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability for a 40-hour work week, including weekends, with flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings and holidays

  • An annual base salary range of $60,000 - $65,000, determined by experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
