Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards to ensure compliance and consistency across the store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized; a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
