- Manage the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
- Contribute to the management of the store, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards to ensure compliance and consistency across the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organized; a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
