At OpsHub, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day development of software and ensure timely project deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective launch and delivery of projects.
- Manage a team of software engineers and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Implement effective engineering processes and champion their adoption.
- Proactively work with customers to resolve their issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development, professional services, or solutions.
- Exceptional technical skills, with a strong understanding of web technologies and ALM/CRM systems.
- Proven project management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and clients located globally.
