Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Providence Technology Solutions. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our Dayforce solution, working closely with customers to gather requirements, configure the application, and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consulting services to customers, gathering interface requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Configure the Dayforce application to meet customer's documented business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting recap notes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities
- Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
- At least 2 years Dayforce interface/integration experience
- Strong knowledge of XML/XSD coding and ability to read and write XML structure based on XML specifics for Dayforce and clients
- Advanced expertise with Integration Studio and API/XML development
- Relational Database knowledge and intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and data transformation/integration practical knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting
- Experience in business process mapping and change management
- Ability to read and understand a technical specification from a vendor and analyze vendor feedback
- Good working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR files
