Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and escorting students and visitors
  • Scan and file paperwork, enter information into databases, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the department
  • Support projects and events, and perform other general administrative tasks and errands as needed
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and eligible for a College Work Study position
  • Ability to work with computers and general office equipment
