Job Overview

As an Operations Supervisor at Rigby Management Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency within the team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize workflows to achieve operational goals.
  • Provide training to team members on their roles and company policies.
  • Compile and present operational reports.
  • Ensure the seamless functioning of equipment.
  • Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to deliver continuous support.
Supervisory Role

You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Access to personal transportation.
