About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Communications Leader to join our team at Edelman Canada. As an Account Director, you will play a key role in leading integrated communications marketing campaigns, partnering with colleagues across Canada and around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct account teams, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and counsel
  • Develop and execute integrated communications marketing campaigns, incorporating social media, digital channels, and other tactics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, caregivers, and third-party organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions for clients
Requirements
  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in communications marketing in the health sector
  • Integrated campaign experience, with a focus on healthcare communications
  • Strategic mindset regarding key opinion leader and health influencer program development
  • Experience developing relationships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers
  • Digital experience, with a focus on social media and digital channels
  • Knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment and experience with PAAB, ASC
