Job Title: Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Conbora Forming Inc.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures. This includes filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, and leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Environment:

The Concrete Finisher will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. The work site environment is dusty, noisy, and outdoors.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Physically demanding work
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
